Complete Source A
Freeze the docs application and protocol source in the same immutable Source A.

Run the public Testnet release
Produce the deployment manifest, post-funding Health, full 11-stage acceptance, Provider 4/BHS proof, and all three strict-verifier receipts.

Generate the projection
Run the accepted-release generator against the provisional seal; add its exact path/hash/kind record to the final Evidence B registry.

Build from immutable commits
Set FLIP_DOCS_RELEASE and FLIP_DOCS_EVIDENCE_B_COMMIT together. The loader re-derives the projection from Git blobs and refuses drift.
